My online coaching services will offer you the opportunity to train and improve your health at your own pace, whenever and wherever you want. 

It is very simple, after our first online meeting you will be provided with a personalised workout based on the objectives, goals and lifestyle you want to achieve. This training routine will be tailored to your needs, your available equipment, fitness level and considering any previous injuries. 

You will gain access to an App* in which you will find the videos of the exercises with an appropriate description. The exercises will be structured and periodised. Also, to improve the service, you will have the option to film yourself and send the video, and you will be provided with feedback in order to adjust your movement technique or clarify you any queries.

The nutritional guidance will be adjusted to your lifestyle and type of training. Easy guidelines will be provided for you to learn how to select the required macronutrients. Then only thing that I am going to ask from you, for the plan to succeed, is your consistency and patience.

Although it will depend on the program you buy, all the coaching online packages include an online consultation, direct contact with me via call or Whatsapp, and a personalised exercise program (pdf template for 4 or 12 weeks).

Once we finish our online consultation and we have agreed your goals, you will be able to process the payment and you will receive your individualised program within a maximum of 1 week.

Absolutely, for that reason I will need you to fill up a health questionnaire before our first online consultation. Once you provide me with all the information necessary, you will receive a tailored exercise routine which will also include advice on how to perform the exercises.

We will be in touch every week to clarify any doubts and provide you with appropriate feedback via phone call or Whatsapp. My goal is to give you the tools and teach you how to use them correctly so you can be independent.

The science advocates for a minimum of 2-3 days of exercise per week to induce physiological changes. I normally ask my clients to start with 3 days, since performing 3 days will give you better results and if you fail a training session one day for any reason, at least you will have another 2 days left to create a minimum adherence to your routine.

Normally the training sessions will take around 45-60 minutes, although the first ones might take you a little bit longer until you get used to it.

Yes, the program will be specifically suited to your needs and I will take into account all your previous injuries. Additionally, with my background in physiotherapy you will be able to prevent and eliminate any potential discomfort or pain.

The program can be fitted to your personal needs and what is available to you. Hence if you prefer to train in a gym, you will receive exercises according to the equipment that can be found at most gyms and if you choose to train at home, I will design for you an exercise routine that requires minimum equipment such as resistance bands, dumbbells or a yoga mat.

Your program will have pictures and videos of all the exercises and a brief description to know and understand how to perform them. Additionally, you will have the option to film yourself and send it to me so I can give you feedback.

No, you will not need a specific diet, however as a Sport and Exercise Scientist and Personal Trainer I will advise you on how to implement and follow the fundamental nutritional patterns according to your lifestyle or sport goals.

Generally, a month does not give you enough time to induce sustainable changes in your body, since it takes around 8-12 weeks to see and maintain body changes, however this is also strongly influenced by genetics and current fitness levels. Nevertheless, there are people that buy a one-month program either to complete their own existing training programs, optimise their nutrition or learn about potential injury risks.

My goal is to teach you how to be more autonomous and independent changing your lifestyle, I do not aim for repeated payments but for referrals. My idea is to help you with your goals and then you help others too. However, if you want to continue training with me, you will only have to repeat the payment process.

The payment will be collected in advance via PayPal or bank transfer.
